It is easy to move through life
doing many things, yet achieving very little that truly matters. When our
energy is scattered and unconscious, even our hardest efforts can feel empty.
Life, after all, is precious and without direction, we risk spending it without
fulfillment.
I have come to realize that what matters most is not just what we do, but how consciously we channel our energy. And with that realization, I have finally discovered a sense of purpose in my life. From this point onward, my personal brand is Tendrel a commitment to live intentionally by channeling my energy into three guiding watermarks: Competent, Caring and Compassionate.
From the outside, I am an IT
lecturer. This is my professional identity and I am committed to being competent
in my field. Technology evolves rapidly and so must I. I will continue to
invest my energy in learning, improving my teaching and engaging in research
so that I can share knowledge that is relevant, practical and meaningful to my
students. Competence, for me is a responsibility not only to myself, but to
those I share.
At the personal level, I am
committed to being caring. My wife, my sons, my parents and the people
around me are central to my life. What I do for others will be guided by this
watermark of care, supporting, uplifting and fulfilling my responsibilities
with sincerity. Caring is not something I say; it is something I choose to
practice in my daily actions.
At the inner level, I see myself as
a spiritual person, committed to becoming truly compassionate. This is
my deeper journey. Through the activities I engage in whether small acts of
kindness or dedicated spiritual practices. I aim to cultivate a compassionate
heart. It is this inner work that gives meaning to everything else I do.
These three C’s are not separate
paths. They are one direction guiding how I think, how I act and how I live.
Tendrel is my commitment to channel my energy consciously:
- To grow in competence in my work
- To act with care in my responsibilities
- To live with compassion in my spirit
This is the path I have chosen not
just to be busy, but to be meaningful. Not just to live, but to live with
purpose.
